WIN is a South Jersey youth sports organization that creates and operates high-quality camps and clinics — built with local coaches, for local families.
Our story
WIN started with the Haddonfield Youth Baseball Camp. What began as a week of baseball for neighborhood kids became something families planned their summer around — more than 175 campers served and 15+ local sponsors backing the mission.
The name comes from the phrase our coaches repeat all week: What’s Important Now. Not the last at-bat, not next season — the next rep, the next play, the next choice. It’s how we coach, and it’s how kids get better.
Today WIN is expanding into new sports and new communities by partnering with experienced coaches and organizations who already know their town. We bring the operating standard, the structure and the support; they bring the local expertise.
